Signature Day - $750

Our basic Day of Coordination package, Services as follows:

• Unlimited contact via telephone and/or email from the moment you contract our services to the moment you walk down the aisle.
• Two (in person) consultations – a meet & greet and a finalization meeting during the month of the wedding.
• An extensive timeline, tipping guide and checklist for the day of the wedding.
• Ensuring all vendors are confirmed, scheduled, and in place before the wedding and on the day of.
• Arriving at the bride’s preparation or ceremony location (determined by client) and departing at reception completion (maximum of 10 hours in total).
• GCE will be the sole contact for all vendors on the week & day of the wedding.
• Distribution of all remaining vendor balances and gratuities (at the discretion of client).
• Supervising all activities such as:
• Processional & Recessional
• Photo session coordination and management
• Transportation coordination and management
• Reception timeline (dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc)
• Bridal Party Introductions
• Packing up your items at the end of the night (when necessary)
• Inspection and confirmation of venue layout and set-up.
• Full access to our preferred vendors (discounts most likely apply)
• Providing the Wedding Day Emergency Kit

Signature Day Plus - $850

Want us there at the rehearsal? In addition to the Silver package, services will include:

• Organizing, consulting, and attending the rehearsal.

Partial Signature Day - $650

The Partial Signature Day package includes our basic day of coordination for a maximum of six hours or up to the introductions at the reception. After the formal introductions, we leave you in the trustworthy hands of your Maitre’D/Bridal Attendant while you dine, drink, and dance the night away!

Stress Relief - $450

Don’t need us for the whole day? The Stress Relief package includes our basic day of coordination for a maximum of four hours. You may select what part of your day you want us there.

Examples are as follows:

• Organizing, consulting, and attending the rehearsal.
• Bride Preparation & Ceremony
• Ceremony & Partial Reception
• Reception Only
• Church/Reception set-up only

Full Service Package - Starting at $1,250

In addition to the basic package, services are as follows:

• Full consultation, preparation, and confirmation with client up to twelve months prior to the wedding day.
• Selection of vendors and contractual review
• Budget Planning
• Coordination for Out of Town Guests
• Organizing, consulting, and attending the rehearsal

A-La-Carte/Additional Pricing

• Overtime (begins at the tenth hour) - $75 per half hour / $125 per hour
• Travel Fee - $50 per 40 miles outside of West Palm Beach
• Assistant 3 hours or less (if Client desires or GCE feels necessary for optimal coordination) - $75
• Assistant 4 to 8 hours (if Client desires or GCE feels necessary for optimal coordination) - $250
• Extensive Decor Setup (includes assistant at no additional cost) - $150 and Up
